  • 8 hot dogs, grilled
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 KABOOM!® Black Jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 1 cup Sprinkles® Tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, pitted and chopped
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • *Chef’s tip: For added flavor and fiery heat, add 1-2 YOWZERS!™ red chili peppers and thinly slice.


For the corn salsa:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the corn, KABOOM!®™ Black Jalapenos, and cilantro. Add in the juice of half of the lime and season to taste with salt.

For the tomato and avocado salsa:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Sprinkles® Tomatoes, avocado, and scallion. Add in the juice of the other half of the lime and season to taste with salt.
  • Serve the salsas alongside the grilled hot dogs and buns and allow guests to top their own, as desired.
