Ingredients

  • 1 package Wild Wonders® Mini Peppers and tortilla chips for serving
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken or leftover turkey
  • 3 cups hummus (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Spread the shredded chicken or turkey evenly across the bottom of an 8×11-inch baking dish.
  • Add the hummus to the dish, mix it with the chicken or turkey until well combined, and smooth the mixture into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the hummus is warmed through.
  • Top with your choice of garnishes, such as cilantro, red onion, avocado, Flavor Bomb Tomatoes, and cotija cheese.
  • Serve with Wild Wonders Mini Peppers and tortilla chips for dipping.
