Ingredients

  • 10-15 SUNSET® Wild Wonders® Mini Peppers, halved lengthwise and deseeded
  • 8 oz triple-cream brie, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot honey, honey + pinch of chili flakes
  • Optional garnish: chopped chives

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place peppers cut-side up on a parchment-lined sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Roast 10–12 minutes until just tender.
  • Remove from oven and carefully nestle a few cubes of brie into each pepper half. Drizzle to hot honey on top and return to oven 5 minutes, just until melty.
  • Top with the chives and enjoy!
