  • 4 cups fresh WOW™ berries
  • 4 medium bananas, frozen, about 3 cups
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, hemp or your choice of plant-based milk
  • 12 ice cubes, about 2 cups
  • 1 tsp honey, optional

Superfood Toppings

  • Fresh WOW™ berries
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Slivered almonds


  • In a high-speed blender, combine all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer smoothie to serving bowls.
  • Arrange your selection of superfood toppings over the smoothie and enjoy immediately.
