Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced
1 jar of pizza sauce
3 Wild Wonders Peppers
1/2 red onion
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Spread your favorite tomato sauce on top of baguette slices.
  2. Thinly slice peppers and red onion.
  3. On each baguette slice, arrange the slices of the peppers and red onion on top of the sauce into a rainbow shape.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on either side of the rainbow shape to create clouds.
  5. Pop into the air fryer to make crispy and gooey.
