Ingredients

12 oz package Tomato Branch

1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

20 mini wonton taco shells

1 tbsp tahini

1/2 cup Kewpie mayo

1 cup panko crumbs, toasted

3 tbsp siracha

3 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sweet soya sauce

2 tbsp black and white sesame seeds, toasted

2 limes, juiced

1 tsp sesame oil, toasted

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine Kewpie mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, tahini, sesame oil, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well and adjust seasoning to achieve a balanced sweet and spicy flavor.
  • Thinly slice half of the green onions and place them in ice-cold water to create onion curls. Slice the remaining green onions on an angle and place them in a mixing bowl. Remove the tomatoes from the Tomato Branch, cutting larger ones in half while leaving smaller one’s whole, and add them to the bowl.
  • Add the spicy mayo dressing, toasted panko crumbs, and sesame seeds to the tomato mixture. Gently toss until evenly coated. Spoon the mixture into mini taco shells.
  • Garnish with green onion curls and finish with a light drizzle of soy sauce reduction before serving.
