Ingredients

  • 1 slice ciabatta bread, halved
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2–3 tablespoons fig jam
  • 2–3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
  • 1-2 slices prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 handful SUNSET® Secilia™ Tomatoes, halved

Directions

  • Start by prepping your base. Slice your ciabatta in half, then drizzle the cut sides generously with olive oil. Toast them until golden and crisp on the edges but still chewy in the center.
  • Once toasted, get ready for the jam-cheese swirl. On each piece of toast, alternate spooning on small dollops of fig jam and mascarpone, spreading them in soft waves to create a marbled effect — think soft zigzags of sweet and creamy, side by side.
  • Next, layer on the prosciutto. Add a small handful of arugula to each piece, then pop the halved SUNSET® Secilia™ tomatoes over the top. Place the top half of the ciabatta over everything, press gently, and slice the sandwich in half with a sharp knife. Enjoy!
