Ingredients

  • 6 SUNSET® Lollipeppers™, cut in half lengthwise to resemble Santa hats
  • 1 baguette, sliced into thin crostini
  • Olive oil
  • ½ cup goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1/3 cup mini mozzarella balls

Directions

  • Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast at 375°F for 5 minutes, or until golden.
  • Top each crostini with a halved Lollipeppers™. Pipe goat cheese into the pepper, then place three mini mozzarella balls along the wider bottom edge to create the “trim.” Add a couple thin chive strips above those balls as the belt detail. Finish by placing one mini mozzarella ball on the pointed tip of the pepper for the pom-pom of the hat. Enjoy!
