Ingredients
- 6 SUNSET® Lollipeppers™, cut in half lengthwise to resemble Santa hats
- 1 baguette, sliced into thin crostini
- Olive oil
- ½ cup goat cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1/3 cup mini mozzarella balls
Directions
- Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast at 375°F for 5 minutes, or until golden.
- Top each crostini with a halved Lollipeppers™. Pipe goat cheese into the pepper, then place three mini mozzarella balls along the wider bottom edge to create the “trim.” Add a couple thin chive strips above those balls as the belt detail. Finish by placing one mini mozzarella ball on the pointed tip of the pepper for the pom-pom of the hat. Enjoy!
