Ingredients
- 1 pint Angel Sweet® tomatoes, halved
- 1 small cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed, flesh cut into ½” pieces
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 (7oz) container of bocconcini, drained
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 5-6 fresh basil leaves, torn
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Arrange tomatoes, melon, shallots, and bocconcini on a platter.
- Drizzle dressing over salad.
- Arrange pieces of prosciutto throughout the salad.
- Top with torn basil and season with flaky sea salt to taste.
