Ingredients
1 pint
Angel Sweet® tomatoes
, halved
1 small cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed, flesh cut into ½” pieces
1 shallot, thinly sliced
1 (7oz) container of bocconcini, drained
8 slices prosciutto
5-6 fresh basil leaves, torn
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Dressing Ingredients
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
½ tsp honey
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Arrange tomatoes, melon, shallots, and bocconcini on a platter.
Drizzle dressing over salad.
Arrange pieces of prosciutto throughout the salad.
Top with torn basil and season with flaky sea salt to taste.
