  • 1 can Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 pack Wild Wonders® Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup water or broth, more if needed
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • Dollop of burrata
  • Handful of chopped basil
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. Sauté onion & garlic until soft, about 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and a splash of water to the pan. Simmer until tomatoes are softened and blistered, about 5 minutes. With the back of your spoon, press down on tomatoes to release their juices.
  • Add cannellini beans and let simmer until flavors are combined, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Finish with a dollop of burrata, basil, pine nuts, and a drizzle of olive oil.
