Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dreamberry™ Strawberries, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg

 

Directions

  • Combine dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add milk, melted butter and egg, mix until smooth.
  • Pour pancake batter into ice cube trays, preferably silicone. Top with diced Dreamberry™ Strawberries
  • Place ice cube trays in freezer overnight, or a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Heat greased skillet on medium heat with butter or oil. Add frozen pancake cube to skillet and cook for approximately 3 minutes over medium heat until bubbles form and edges are dry. Flip and cook until lightly browned. Repeat with desired number of cubes.
  • Plate and serve with your favorite toppings – maple syrup, powdered sugar and enjoy!
