Zima® and Broccoli Salad
Meal prepping doesn’t have to take all day! This flavorful salad is fast, simple, and guaranteed to get you through your work week.
- 1/3 C white balsamic vinegar
- ¼ C mayonnaise
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 C cooked chicken, diced
- ¼ C toasted almonds, roughly chopped
- ¼ C golden raisins
- 1 C Zima® tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- ¼ C pitted green olives, roughly chopped
In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise until well blended, then set aside.
Wash and drain broccoli, then cut into small florets. In a large bowl, mix the broccoli and remaining ingredients. Add the dressing and gently toss to evenly coat.
