- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 3-4 SUNSET® Heirloom Tomatoes, cut into thick wedges
- 1 cup Wild Wonders® Tomatoes, halved
- 1 ½ cups cubed watermelon
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Handful of fresh basil, for garnish
- Handful of fresh mint, for garnish
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
- To make the dressing, whisk together the olive oil and champagne vinegar in a small bowl and season with salt to taste. Set aside until ready to use.
- Add the SUNSET® Heirloom Tomato wedges, Wild Wonders® Tomatoes, watermelon and feta to a large serving platter. Drizzle with the dressing.
- Garnish with basil and mint leaves. Finish with flaky sea salt.
