In a small bowl, add ground coriander, Chinese five spice powder, garlic powder, chili powder, brown sugar, lime zest, black pepper, and salt and mix well to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken wings and 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil and toss to coat. Add in spice mix and rub into the skin. Cover and allow to marinade in the refrigerator for at least one hour (or up to 8 hours)
Prepare a grill for medium heat. Grill chicken wings, turning occasionally, until wings are evenly charred and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes. Transfer cooked wings to a platter.
In the meantime, toss shishito peppers and remaining 1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil in a medium bowl; season to taste with salt and black pepper. Transfer seasoned shishitos to a grilling skillet. Grill, turning occasionally, until charred in spots and blistered, about 3 minutes. Transfer grilled shishitos to the platter with the wings.
