  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup Angel Sweet® tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • Pinch of Kosher salt


  • Preheat the oven to 170ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pureé until smooth. Pour onto prepared pans and smooth out using an offset spatula until the mixture is a uniform ⅛” thickness.
  • Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the mixture is thoroughly dried. Remove from the oven and let cool. Using scissors, trim the edges and cut lengthwise into about 3” strips. Roll strips up into pinwheels and store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
