Ingredients
- 1lb package Campari® Tomatoes
- 1lb package Kumato® Tomatoes
- 1 premade 9” pie crust
- 1 12oz tub Pimento Cheese Spread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Thinly slice Campari® and Kumato® tomatoes.
- Add one even layer of pimento cheese to the bottom of the pie crust.
- Top that layer with an even layer of tomatoes, alternating between types.
- Add another layer of cheese on top of the tomato layer.
- Top with a second layer of tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
- Allow dish to cool completely before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy!
