Ingredients
- 1 pint SUNSET® Angel Sweet® Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup, mini feta cubes
- Handful fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Tzatziki spread, store bought
- Handful pita chips
- 6 falafel bites
Directions
- To make the Mediterranean pops, skewer one Angel Sweet® tomato, a fresh basil leaf, a mini feta cube, another fresh basil leaf and a second tomato.
- Pack skewers into a lunch box with a container of tzatziki for dipping.
- Add pita chips and falafel bites alongside to round out the meal. Enjoy!
