The SUNSET® WOW® MOM GIFT GIVEAWAY (the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2024, and ends at 5:00:00 PM ET on May 8, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the end time and date of the Promotion Period to be valid and eligible. Incorrect or incomplete entries are void and will not be eligible.
The Promotion is sponsored and administrated by Mastronardi Produce Limited. (“MASTRONARDI” or “SPONSOR”).
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada residing in Essex County, Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have Internet access as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (each, an “Entrant”). Proof of eligibility, including possession of an unexpired photo ID or other valid documentation (to be determined in SPONSOR’S sole discretion) showing an Entrant’s residential address, may be required prior to Sponsor awarding the prize. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children, and step siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related, of SPONSOR, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment or judging agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion.
During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by visiting https://woobox.com/a288f9 (the “Website”) and completing and submitting the online entry form (hereinafter, an “Entry”). All Entries must be received by the end time and date of the Promotion Period to be eligible for the drawing. Incorrect and incomplete Entries are void. Although it is free to enter, standard message and data charges may be incurred if you use your mobile device to enter the Promotion.
There is a limit of one (1) Entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period. If multiple Entries are received, only the first Entry will be accepted and additional Entries will be disqualified. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by you to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void your Entries and you may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of fake accounts, multiple accounts, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all Entries by you. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. In the event of a dispute, SPONSOR shall determine the identity of the Authorized Account Holder, and all decisions concerning the identity of an Authorized Account Holder by SPONSOR are final. All Entries and information therein become the property of SPONSOR upon entry and shall not be returned.
Each Prize Winner (as defined below) will receive the following (the “Prize”): one (1) 10oz package of WOW® brand strawberries and one (1) Dutch Boys Chocolate™ “Mom Medallion” chocolate from Dutch Boys Chocolate of Kingsville, Ontario. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is: $20 USD. The ARV of all Prizes in this Promotion is: $800 USD.
A prospective Prize Winner (as defined below) may not substitute, assign or transfer the Prize, or redeem the Prize for cash, but SPONSOR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Further, SPONSOR reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Additional restrictions may apply.
The Prize will be delivered to the Prize Winner on or about May 10, 2024 to the Essex County, Ontario address listed in the applicable Entry (the “Delivery Location”). If no Delivery Location is listed within an Entry, or if the Delivery Location listed within an Entry is not located within Essex County, Ontario, the respective Entrant will be disqualified, their Prize forfeited, and an alternate prospective Prize Winner will be selected, time permitting. It is the Prize Winner’s responsibility to have someone at the Delivery Location to receive the Prize delivery. The Prize will be left at the Delivery Location, regardless of whether someone is available to receive it at the time of its delivery. Elements of the Prize may be perishable. SPONSOR advises that Prize Winner or any party accepting the Prize delivery on Prize Winner’s behalf place all perishable items in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery, understanding that elements of the Prize may contain temperature-sensitive ingredients. Depending on the season and temperature in the geographic area at the time of delivery, advanced planning may be needed to ensure immediate and proper storage of Prize elements prior to consumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SPONSOR is in no way responsible or liable for incorrect addresses or for Prize deliveries which are lost, stolen, damaged, or spoiled.

Forty (40) prospective Prize Winners (each, a “Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing for among all eligible Entries submitted during the Promotion Period on or about May 8, 2024, at the offices of MASTRONARDI, or another commercially reasonably location selected by SPONSOR. Following the drawing, the prospective Prize Winners will be notified within approximately 48 hours via email or phone. The prospective Prize Winners may also be identified by SPONSOR on Sunset Grown® Instagram® Account.
Each prospective Prize Winner will be a Prize Winner unless that prospective Prize Winner either declines the Prize, or does not respond to the prize notification within two (2) calendar days of such notice, or is deemed ineligible to accept the Prize, in SPONSOR’S sole discretion. If a prospective Prize Winner declines the Prize, does not respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate prospective Prize Winner will be chosen in a subsequent random drawing to be held after the disqualification of the previous prospective Prize Winner. Receipt of the Prize by a prospective Prize Winner is subject to verification of eligibility as determined by SPONSOR in its sole discretion and compliance with these Official Rules.
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.
In the event a prospective Prize Winner is a Canadian resident, that prospective Prize Winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical and unaided skill-testing question to be administered by e-mail/phone in order to receive the Prize. The skill-testing question for Canada is: what is 25 x 20 + 35 – 10?
Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail/posts submitted to SPONSOR. By entering, each Entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of SPONSOR, or its designated agents, which are final and legally binding in all respects. Each Entrant further agrees that the Prize is awarded upon the condition that the Entrant hold the Promotion Entities harmless from any and all injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize, or participation in this Promotion or participation in or travel to any Promotion or Prize-related activities. Entrants further acknowledge that the Promotion Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the SPONSOR that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, SPONSOR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or any element thereof, and SPONSOR may conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of action requiring such termination. SPONSOR further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify all individuals who tamper or otherwise interfere with the proper execution of the Promotion.
7. Use of Information: By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner consents to and gives SPONSOR, and any other party authorized by SPONSOR, the right to video and/or audio tape the Prize Winner with the Prize, to use, adapt, publish, develop and/or edit the Prize Winner’s name, address (city, state or province only), social media handle, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information and/or statements about the Promotion for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the world wide web (including social media platforms) without review, notification or approval, and without additional compensation, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law.
8. Taxes: All income, sales, use and other taxes (and the reporting thereof), imposed or due any jurisdiction as a result of the award of the Prize and any other fees or costs associated with the Prize are solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility. It is the Prize Winner’s responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, province local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of a Prize. Prize Winner may be required to complete certain tax information reporting forms before or upon receipt of the Prize.
9. Governing Law: By becoming an Entrant or otherwise completing the act of entering the Promotion, each Entrant agrees that the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, excluding any conflict of laws rule or principle that might refer the governance or the construction of these Official Rules to the law of another jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Each Entrant submits and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Provincial and Canadian Federal Courts located in the Province of Ontario, and acknowledges and agrees that such courts constitute the exclusive and proper venues and convenient forums for the resolution of any actions by any Entrant with respect to any claims arising out of the Official Rules, or arising out of the Promotion.
10. Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained herein.
11. Amendment: SPONSOR reserves the right to modify the Official Rules at any time during the Promotion Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
